Governance and Compliance Manager – EPC Infrastructure

About the role

The Governance and Compliance Manager will implement and manage the Group’s governance and compliance programmes for a leading EPC civil infrastructure company in the UAE, supporting the Governance and Compliance Director and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor compliance programmes such as anti‑bribery, anti‑money laundering, conflicts of interest, whistleblowing and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare management and Board reports, liaise with regulators and auditors, and conduct compliance investigations.

Required profile

• At least one recognised governance, compliance, risk or audit professional qualification (e.g., Chartered Governance Institute, CIA).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in governance, compliance or risk roles, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in construction/EPC organisations and knowledge of UAE/GCC regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or equivalent; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); good working proficiency in Arabic preferred.
