Graduate Architect – Emirati National

About the role

WSP in the Middle East is looking for a proactive Emirati graduate with an architecture background to support strategic design and consultancy projects. You will work closely with senior leaders on proposals, strategic planning, and client engagement for high‑profile built‑environment projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior team members to develop high‑quality proposals for major architecture and consultancy projects.
• Assist in business strategy development, track market segment targets, and prepare technical content, project sheets, CVs, and experience documents for proposals, EOIs, and capability statements.
• Ensure all submissions meet WSP’s governance, branding, and quality standards.
• Participate in internal planning meetings, design reviews, and proposal strategy sessions, supporting cross‑functional collaboration.
• Conduct basic research and market analysis on competitors, trends, and industry developments to inform proposal development.

Required profile

• UAE National (Emirati passport holder) with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
• Strong written and spoken English and Arabic communication skills.
• Interest in architecture, strategic thinking, and proposal writing with a proactive, deadline‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Illustrator).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
