Graduate - Concept Architectural Designer

About the role

Join AECOM as a Graduate Concept Architectural Designer and support the delivery of innovative infrastructure projects across the United Arab Emirates. You will work under the guidance of senior architects, applying your academic knowledge to real‑world design challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Perform basic architectural and engineering calculations.
• Prepare specifications, reports and data tables.
• Maintain liaison with design and drafting teams.
• Prepare, review and approve drawings as required.
• Coordinate technical and administrative activities across disciplines.
• Assist in training and evaluating junior design and drafting personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Foundational proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of architectural principles, building systems and construction materials.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks under supervision.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
