About the role
A reputable construction company is looking for a responsible and organized Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate workers, and ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress.
- Coordinate workers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work follows project plans and specifications.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and material requirements.
- Maintain workplace safety and enforce site regulations.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate with project management.
- Identify site issues and help ensure timely project completion.
Required profile
- Secondary school education.
- Immediate joiner; fresher candidates welcome.
