About the role

Kick‑start your professional journey with KPMG’s Emirati Development Program. This full‑time graduate scheme is open to UAE nationals and offers exposure across Audit, Tax and Advisory services in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• UAE national with a valid Family Book and strong academic record.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any discipline) from an accredited university.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Curious, analytical, adaptable and motivated to build a career in professional services.
