Graduate Electrical Engineer – UAE National (Site‑Based)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our Dubai team. This site‑based position is open to UAE nationals and offers a solid start to a career in electrical engineering, working on a variety of projects across the emirate.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, installation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Conduct site visits to assess requirements, gather data and support project planning.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement electrical solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings and specifications using industry‑standard software.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Support troubleshooting of electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Help prepare project documentation and progress reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• UAE National (Family Book holder).
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles.
• Basic project management abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English.
• Willingness to work on various sites in Dubai and other emirates.
