About the role
As part of Penspen’s strategic initiative to strengthen the UAE’s national talent pool, the company is seeking fresh engineering graduates from Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Process, and Instrumentation & Control disciplines to be based in Abu Dhabi. The role will provide support to the engineering team on projects and within the business as required. During the training programme, graduates will learn basic engineering concepts, familiarize themselves with international codes, standards and engineering practices, and gain experience in design from concept to detailed design, including preparation of non‑critical engineering design documents.
Required profile
- Completed bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Willingness to work in a multicultural team and a strong learning mindset.
- Knowledge of basic engineering processes.
