Graduate Marketing Manager (Benelux)

About the role

Revolut’s Growth team is looking for a Graduate Marketing Manager to lead brand and growth initiatives across the Benelux market. You will shape local campaigns, refine positioning and launch product initiatives that resonate with consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with local and global marketing teams to adapt strategies and build high‑impact campaigns for the Benelux region.
• Own influencer and affiliate collaborations, managing relationships, outreach, compliance, and performance against KPIs.
• Develop compelling creatives, test new formats across platforms, and scale winning concepts.
• Analyse performance data to optimise creatives, formats and messaging for better channel results.
• Lead end‑to‑end project and product launches, from strategy and execution to reporting and optimisation.

Required profile

• Native‑level Dutch and fluent English; French proficiency is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Benelux markets, culture and consumer trends.
• Graduated from a top university in 2024‑2026 with a demonstrated interest in marketing, tech and entrepreneurship.
• Excellent project‑management skills, attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Analytical mindset with understanding of KPIs, commercial metrics and performance marketing.
