E‑commerce Merchandiser

About the role

Al Boom Marine (ABM) is seeking a passionate and detail‑oriented E‑commerce Merchandiser to join its Omni team in Dubai. You will drive online sales and conversion by delivering a best‑in‑class shopping experience across ABM’s brand websites.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise category and collection pages, manage homepage banners and promotional content, and configure search and recommendation tools.
• Upload and maintain accurate product listings on Shopify Plus, ensure timely go‑live of new arrivals, and keep catalogue hygiene.
• Plan and execute promotions and seasonal campaigns, set up discount codes and campaign pages, and coordinate product placements.
• Monitor online stock availability, flag risks, and recommend merchandising actions.
• Analyse product performance using Google Analytics and Shopify reports, and prepare regular trading reports.
• QA website navigation, customer feedback and ensure a seamless experience across desktop and mobile.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail or a related field.
• 2–4 years of e‑commerce merchandising experience, preferably in fashion, footwear or sports retail.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify / Shopify Plus (or similar platforms such as Magento or WooCommerce).
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics.
