About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) marketing department in planning, executing, and tracking a variety of marketing initiatives, including events, digital campaigns, and content creation.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate AMI events, handling logistics, registrations, vendor relations, itineraries, and marketing collateral.
  • Assist in developing and managing email, social media, blog, and public relations campaigns.
  • Support the AMI Digital World platform, ensuring localization, approval processes, and content creation.
  • Manage Veeva approval processes for invitations, agendas, and communications with HCPs.
  • Prepare marketing reports, conduct market research, monitor budgets, and track competitive products.

Required profile

  • University degree in business, marketing, medical or pharmaceutical sciences.
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
