About the role
Mastercard’s Global Markets Launch Graduate Rotational Program is an 18‑month development journey based in Dubai. Participants will rotate through two nine‑month assignments, gaining hands‑on experience in sales, business development, product management and solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Complete two nine‑month rotations – one in Sales & Business Development and one in Product Management & Solutions – focusing on strategic sales planning, consultative selling, market intelligence and product coordination.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage project schedules, financials and implementation processes, ensuring delivery within agreed time, scope and budget.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with an anticipated graduation date between March 2026 and August 2027.
- Demonstrated leadership in a work setting or extracurricular activities and strong written and verbal communication skills.
