About the role
A leading government entity in Abu Dhabi is offering a Graduate Trainee Programme for UAE National civil engineering graduates. The programme provides hands‑on experience, structured learning and professional development in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support planning, coordination and execution of engineering projects.
- Assist in reviewing drawings, technical reports and project documentation.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as required.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards and compliance.
- Prepare presentations, reports and analyses for ongoing projects.
Required profile
- UAE National with a Family Book.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong academic performance, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn, analytical mindset and ability to work in a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering software (advantage).
