A leading government entity in Abu Dhabi is offering a Graduate Trainee program for UAE National graduates in Industrial Engineering. The role provides practical experience, professional development, and exposure to strategic projects within a dynamic government environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a structured graduate development and training program.
• Support process improvement, operational excellence, and efficiency initiatives.
• Analyze workflows, business processes, and operational performance.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to support decision‑making and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist in project planning, reporting, coordination, and preparation of presentations, reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders on various initiatives.

Required profile

• UAE National with a Family Book.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from an accredited university.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong academic performance, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
