About the role
The National Graduate Trainee Program offers an 18‑month training pathway for UAE nationals, preparing them for first‑line supervisory roles. Preference is given to engineering graduates, though other disciplines may be considered.
Key responsibilities
- Complete a one‑month familiarisation in the designated department to understand functions and responsibilities.
- Undertake on‑the‑job training for the remaining period, focused on the target supervisory position.
- Assume the role of first‑line supervisor upon successful completion of the program.
Required profile
- UAE national holding a family book.
- Maximum of 2‑3 years experience; fresh graduates preferred.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechatronics).
