About the role
Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to train its language model on professional grant‑related documents. As a Grants Manager you will create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated grant proposals, donor impact reports, program logic models, and related slide decks.
Key responsibilities
- Author and edit grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, and program logic models for funders and boards.
- Assess and improve AI‑generated spreadsheets and slide decks used in board briefings, community needs assessments, and donor stewardship plans.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years experience in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community‑based organizations.
- Proven track record authoring grant‑related documents and reports for funders and boards.
Required skills
- Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide deck craftsmanship.
- Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
What we offer
- Compensation of $70 per hour.
- Flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week (or more), fully remote work.
