Graphic Designer – Executive (Real Estate)

About the role

Provident Real Estate is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer – Executive to create high‑impact visual assets for its real‑estate marketing campaigns. The role is full‑time, office‑based in Dubai and requires immediate availability.

Key responsibilities

• Design campaign creatives for off‑plan project launches, property ads, lead‑generation, and agent marketing.
• Produce assets for Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, email, WhatsApp, websites, property portals, outdoor media and print.
• Adapt developer‑provided materials into brokerage‑driven designs and generate multiple size formats within a single day.
• Manage several urgent briefs simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
• Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content, Sales and Project Marketing teams.
• Prepare final digital and print‑ready artwork according to specifications and keep design files organised.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of full‑time graphic design experience within a real‑estate brokerage.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with high design volume and tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, branding and visual hierarchy.
• Independent work style with meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign.
• Familiarity with Figma.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or motion‑graphics tools.
