Graphic & Motion Designer – Temporary Cover

About the role

ADSS is looking for an experienced freelance Graphic & Motion Designer to support its Marketing Department for a 3‑6 month period starting November 2026. You will take over the full scope of campaign asset production currently handled by the in‑house team, delivering static, animated and video assets across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end campaign assets for paid and organic social, display, website, email, app placements, presentations, brochures and print.
• Create motion graphics, animated banners and short‑form videos, including editing, captioning and sound.
• Use AI tools such as Celtra and Higgsfield to automate dynamic creative production and enhance imagery.
• Maintain ADSS visual identity, ensure compliance with regulated financial‑services standards, and organise files in the digital asset library.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of professional graphic or motion design experience, preferably in agency, corporate or financial services.
• Strong portfolio showing multi‑platform campaign work.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent briefs and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Figma.
• Celtra (creative automation) and Higgsfield (AI video/image generation).
• Motion graphics and video editing for digital platforms.
