Senior Interior Designer

About the role

The client is a well‑established branding and interior design consultancy operating across the UAE. They seek a Senior Interior Designer with strong commercial project experience to lead concept creation and design development from client presentation through to material finishes and FF&E selection.

Key responsibilities

• Create and lead design concepts focused on user experience, materiality, and sustainability.
• Present design solutions to clients and prepare mood boards, material and finish selections.
• Lead procurement and client selection discussions, drawing on knowledge of furniture and design suppliers.
• Manage teams and work packages, delivering projects on scope and deadline.
• Oversee project delivery across stages, handling proposals, contracts, budgets and profitability.

Required profile

• 9‑10 years of experience on residential and workspace projects.
• Degree in Interior Design or an internationally recognised qualification.
• Strong space‑planning skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience working with a Lead Design Consultant (LDC).
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Rhino (plus).
• Knowledge of Revit (plus).
