Group Compensation and Benefits Specialist

About the role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to own job grading, salary structures, market benchmarking and compensation governance across a diverse regional workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the organisation's job architecture, including job families, grades, levels and role catalogue.
• Evaluate new and revised positions using a recognised grading methodology.
• Develop and maintain salary structures, pay ranges and reward frameworks across multiple territories.
• Conduct market benchmarking and analyse salary survey data to support compensation decisions.
• Provide cost modelling and recommendations for offers, promotions, retention cases and salary reviews.
• Monitor internal equity, pay compression, grading anomalies and governance compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward, Job Evaluation or related specialist HR functions.
• Strong experience managing job grading frameworks and salary structures.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and analytical skills, including compensation modelling and workforce data analysis.
• Experience using salary surveys and external market data to support reward decisions.
