Group, Conference and Events Sales Executive

About the role

Hilton is looking for a Group, Conference and Events (GCE) Sales Executive in Dubai. The role combines driving revenue through GCE bookings with delivering memorable guest experiences. The position sits within the Hotels team.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and convert incoming group and event enquiries to meet sales targets and maximise revenue.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and increase conversion rates through consistent, high-quality sales tactics.
• Manage the events calendar to support optimal yield and space utilisation.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, build loyalty and generate repeat and expanded business.
• Arrange and conduct hotel show rounds to present spaces and services to clients.
• Ensure accurate administration and smooth handover of booked events for successful on-property delivery.
• Take part in promotional activities to increase visibility and drive GCE business.

Required profile

• University graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with international chain hotels.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in hotel sales, event management and database management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with the local market and the ability to analyse marketing trends.
• Strong problem-solving skills and calmness under pressure.
• Experience with event planning tools and software.
