Group Governance & Supplier Relationship Officer

About the role

The Group Governance & Supplier Relationship Officer supports the Senior Manager in overseeing strategic vendor relationships, ensuring contractual compliance, and managing performance risks. This role is part of the Performance & Governance Office, providing transparency and accountability across the Group's supplier engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and consolidate SLA and KPI data for assigned contracts.
• Maintain supplier scorecards, performance dashboards, breach logs, and corrective action plans.
• Monitor commercial performance, pricing adherence, volume commitments, and savings realization.
• Maintain contract lifecycle records, including renewals, amendments, and governance documentation.
• Prepare governance materials, risk registers, decision logs, and reports for steering committees.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Law, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in supplier relationship management, vendor performance, contract administration, procurement, or commercial analysis.
• Experience in healthcare, shared services, regulated industries or large multi‑entity organisations is advantageous.
