Group Head of Investor Relations / SVP, Capital Markets

About the role

The Group Head of Investor Relations will lead the development and execution of CGP Group's equity story and capital markets positioning across global institutional investors. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role requires frequent travel to major financial hubs such as New York, Boston and San Francisco.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a broad range of institutional investors, including long‑only funds, technology funds, growth funds, hedge funds, family offices, sovereign wealth funds and strategic investors.
• Develop and implement a structured investor targeting strategy for U.S. capital markets and coordinate non‑deal roadshows, investor meetings, conferences, earnings calls and site visits.
• Support senior management and the Chairman in capital markets communications, earnings and investor presentations, and provide market intelligence.

Required profile

• 10–18 years of relevant capital markets experience, preferably in investment banking, equity capital markets, senior investor relations or sell‑side equity research within technology or industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to craft a compelling equity narrative and communicate confidently with sophisticated institutional investors, analysts and investment banks.
• Existing network of relationships within the U.S. institutional investor community is highly valued.
