Group Sales Manager GCC – Telematics

About the role

Teltonika is seeking an ambitious Group Sales Manager to lead its telematics sales across the GCC region. You will build and coach a high‑performing sales team, develop market strategies, and drive revenue growth for our IoT‑focused product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and expand a dedicated sales team for Teltonika Telematics in the GCC.
• Design and implement a regional sales strategy to achieve 100% of the sales plan.
• Recruit, train and develop sales personnel, providing ongoing support and performance analysis.
• Prospect new B2B customers through cold‑calling, email and social media, and present product value.
• Coordinate technical inquiries and collaborate with product teams on market feedback.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
• At least 1 year of experience selling telematics or IoT‑related products.
• Willingness to travel throughout the GCC as needed.
• Results‑oriented, organized and driven by challenges.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
• Knowledge of telematics and IoT industry trends.
