Group Social Media Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Group Social Media Manager to lead the social media strategy for a diversified portfolio of well‑established brands in Dubai. You will shape a unified voice, drive integrated campaigns and ensure best‑in‑class execution across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a group‑wide social media strategy and governance framework.
• Oversee content direction, ensuring a consistent brand voice across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to launch integrated campaigns, influencer programs and paid‑social initiatives.
• Analyse performance data to optimise reach, engagement and ROI on all platforms.
• Maintain oversight of platform‑specific tactics for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and others.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in social media, preferably within a multi‑brand organisation or agency.
• Proven track record of creating and executing social media strategies across brands or regions.
• Strong storytelling and creative direction abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the capacity to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Arabic language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
