Growth & Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

Bodytree, a premium wellness studio in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a hands‑on Growth & Brand Marketing Manager to own the full‑funnel marketing plan and drive digital growth, bookings and membership retention.

Key responsibilities

• Plan campaigns and a content calendar aligned with the brand guide for both studios.
• Brief and manage an external agency, using AI tools to accelerate copy and variations.
• Run performance‑marketing on Meta, TikTok and Google, allocate budget and optimise cost per new member.
• Own the CRM lifecycle across email, WhatsApp and the app, segmenting clients and launching re‑activation, referral and loyalty journeys.
• Maintain UTM discipline, Meta pixel tracking and produce weekly performance reports with business recommendations.
• Coordinate in‑studio content, workshops and events to boost first‑visit conversion and ongoing engagement.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of marketing experience in consumer, membership, hospitality or retail brands, preferably wellness or fitness.
• Proven agency‑management skills with a fixed budget and ability to give clear feedback.
• Strong ownership mindset, proactive decision‑making and clear UK English communication.
• Commercial focus on bookings, occupancy and retention, comfortable analysing Meta Ads Manager data.
