Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to support PSI’s real‑estate portfolio, brand positioning and business growth across local and international markets. This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Abu Dhabi and works closely with sales, leasing and business development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Coordinate with sales, leasing and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Analyse market trends, track campaign performance and optimise spend to maximise ROI.
• Produce marketing materials, content and collateral for online and offline use.

Required profile

• Strong background in marketing strategy, campaign planning and brand management within real‑estate or related sectors.
• Experience collaborating with sales, leasing and business development teams and managing external vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; advanced qualifications a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
