Growth & Partnership Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Growth & Partnership Manager to expand our business network and boost sales through proactive field engagement and client acquisition. The role is performance‑focused, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and enjoys building strong commercial relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business partners via proactive outreach and field sales activities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon and retail partners.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Support partner onboarding and ensure smooth execution of agreements.
• Drive revenue growth through consistent follow‑ups and account management.
• Gather market insights and competitor feedback to inform business strategy.
• Ensure strong brand presence and execution across partner locations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles.
• Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
• Background in FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, retail, or distribution preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable working in a field‑based, target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally.
