Growth & Partnerships Manager (B2B) – Remote (UAE)

About the role

TradingView is seeking a Growth & Partnerships Manager (B2B) to accelerate adoption of its institutional products across high‑growth markets. Working remotely from the UAE, you will act as a trusted partner to financial institutions, guiding them through onboarding and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strategic alliances with banks, fintechs and other financial institutions.
• Drive the full B2B sales lifecycle, from outbound prospecting to closing.
• Lead technical onboarding, ensuring clear communication between clients and internal teams.
• Craft tailored proposals and high‑impact pitches with a consultative approach.
• Collect and relay customer insights to inform product improvements.
• Apply a rigorous test‑and‑learn methodology to optimise acquisition and engagement.
• Enhance brand recognition and trust within the designated region.

Required profile

• Native or professional fluency in Arabic or Chinese, plus excellent professional English.
• Proven B2B sales, account management or business‑development experience with financial institutions, fintechs or SaaS companies.
• Self‑starter with a partnership‑first mindset and a strong “can‑do” attitude.
• Ability to identify opportunities, articulate value propositions and navigate complex sales cycles.
