Growth Product Associate

About the role

BSOBSO is a real‑estate management company in Dubai looking for a motivated Growth Product Associate to help expand its digital platforms, attract active users and create new revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement ways to attract users, increase registrations and boost service usage.
• Drive organic growth through referrals, partnerships, SEO, AI recommendations and low‑budget tactics.
• Analyse user behaviour to understand why they register, churn and what would bring them back.
• Propose and test new paid services, subscriptions and features to increase revenue.
• Run small‑scale experiments, measure results and iterate on successful ideas.
• Collaborate with developers, designers and other team members to turn ideas into real features and campaigns.

Required profile

• Initiative‑driven, independent problem‑solver who can learn quickly.
• Understanding of digital products and user behaviour.
• Basic practical experience in growth, marketing, analytics or product development.
• Creative, data‑driven ideas supported by research.
• Willingness to test ideas, learn from mistakes and take responsibility for results.

Required skills

• Use of AI tools for research, analysis and automation.
• Ability to coordinate with developers and designers.
• Experience with growth experiments and performance measurement.
