About the role
Paramount Hotels Dubai is looking for a Guest Engagement Agent to act as a unique point of contact for guests before, during and after their stay. The role anticipates and meets guest preferences and requests, gives guests undivided attention and builds lasting relationships while following the hotel's core values.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Reception, Guest Services or Front Desk within an international 5-star hotel, preferably with 500+ rooms.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Multilingual or additional language skills are preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in OPERA PMS.
