Guest Experience Agent

About the role

The Guest Experience Agent is the first point of contact for guests at Four Seasons Hotel DIFC, delivering personalized, high‑touch service in a luxury boutique environment. You will ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to genuine hospitality and creates lasting impressions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and register hotel guests, explain accommodations, and process payment methods.
• Check guests out, prepare and present accurate bills.
• Handle all guest interactions with professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, operating hours, events, directions, and key personnel.
• Respond promptly to guest requests in person and by phone.
• Resolve complaints and identify opportunities to personalize the service experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a luxury hotel or comparable hospitality setting (considered an asset).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Cross‑cultural sensitivity and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Guest‑centric mindset with an understanding of individual preferences.
