About the role
As a Guest Experience Agent at W Hotels Dubai, you will be the face of our brand, guiding guests through every moment of their stay. You will work in a dynamic environment, empowered to take initiative and deliver memorable, personalized service that reflects our "Whatever/Whenever" philosophy.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and ensure smooth daily hotel functions.
- Address guest requests promptly, providing tailored solutions.
- Complete internal reports and documentation accurately.
- Share highlights of the local area to enhance guest experiences.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
