About the role
The Guest Experience Expert creates memorable, seamless stays for guests at Aloft Hotels in Dubai. The role involves assisting guests throughout their visit, from check‑in to check‑out, handling luggage, providing local area information, and completing operational tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage loading/unloading and transport to/from rooms or bell area.
- Process operational needs, guest requests, and complete required reports.
- Provide information about local attractions and hotel amenities.
- Maintain a safe work environment, follow company policies, and protect company assets.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb unaided and 100 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
