About the role
The Guest Experience Expert (AYS Agent) at Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road delivers memorable, personalized service throughout a guest’s stay, handling everything from check‑in to luggage assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs, guest requests, and complete reports.
- Provide local area highlights and assist with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage.
- Move throughout the property, standing, walking, and navigating stairs or service ramps.
- Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb unaided (100 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
