About the role
The Guest Experience Expert – CID Agent is responsible for creating memorable, unique experiences for guests throughout their stay at W Hotels Abu Dhabi. This non‑management position involves moving around the property, handling operational tasks, and delivering personalized service that feels integral to the guest journey.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs such as check‑in, check‑out and other front‑desk functions.
- Address guest requests promptly, providing information about the hotel and local attractions.
- Complete daily reports and documentation to support smooth operations.
- Maintain a safe, professional environment while adhering to company policies and standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
