About the role
The Guest Experience Expert ensures a memorable and unique stay for guests by delivering a wide range of services throughout their visit. This role involves proactive engagement, handling operational tasks, and providing local area insights.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a variety of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
- Process operational needs and complete required reports.
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Share highlights of the local area to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain safety, confidentiality, and uphold company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
