About the role
The Guest Experience Expert ensures a memorable stay for guests by delivering a wide range of services throughout their visit, from check‑in to check‑out and everything in between.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs, guest requests, and complete reports.
- Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to rooms or designated bell areas.
- Provide local area highlights and recommendations.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb unassisted (100 lb with assistance), and navigating stairs or service ramps.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
