About the role
The Guest Experience Expert delivers memorable, personalized service throughout a guest’s stay, handling everything from check‑in to luggage assistance. This role is hands‑on, requiring movement around the property and proactive problem‑solving.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete required reports.
- Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles, transporting luggage to rooms or designated areas.
- Provide local area highlights and information to enhance the guest experience.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb unaided (100 lb with assistance) and navigate stairs or service ramps.
- Commitment to safety, confidentiality, company policies, and professional appearance.
