About the role

W Hotels, part of Marriott International, is hiring a Guest Experience Expert in West Crescent, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The role goes beyond simple check-in and check-out: it is about building a memorable and unique guest experience. Guests are guided through their entire stay, and the expert takes the initiative to deliver a wide range of services.

Key responsibilities

• Process operational needs and handle guest requests
• Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area
• Make transactions feel like part of the guest experience
• Work on your feet and move around, standing, sitting or walking for an extended time
• Take a hands-on approach, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• No related work experience required
• No supervisory experience required
• No license or certification required
