About the role
The Guest Experience Expert creates memorable, personalized experiences for guests throughout their stay at Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort. The role involves moving around the property, handling operational tasks, and delivering anticipatory hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
- Process operational needs and complete required reports.
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Share highlights of the local area to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, and protect company assets.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
