About the role
The Guest Experience Expert at W Hotels on Yas Island creates memorable, personalized experiences for every guest from arrival to departure. Working at the Welcome Desk, you will be the first point of contact, guiding guests through check‑in, check‑out and all interactions in between.
Key responsibilities
- Provide smooth and friendly check‑in and check‑out services.
- Process operational requests, complete reports and handle guest inquiries promptly.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest stay.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
- Move, lift, and carry objects up to 10 lb without assistance while remaining on your feet for extended periods.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work full‑time on an onsite basis.
