Guest Experience Specialist – Front Office

About the role

Join the Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City team as a Guest Experience Specialist on the front office. You will be the first point of contact, delivering warm welcomes and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay, whether they are traveling for business or leisure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members.
• Manage guest bookings, upsell services, and provide information to enhance stays.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Check guests in and out efficiently, verify IDs, issue room keys, and manage safety deposit boxes.
• Record guest preferences, respond to requests, and resolve inquiries or issues.
• Act as a trusted contact for guests, assisting with billing, local information, and escalating matters to management when needed.
• Follow safety procedures, report incidents, and wear required protective gear.
• Maintain personal appearance as a brand ambassador and stay informed about daily events and activities.
• Support colleagues with ad‑hoc duties as required.
