Guest Relation Officer

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking enthusiastic Guest Relation Officers to be the first point of contact for customers visiting its branches across the UAE. You will welcome visitors, understand their purpose, and guide them to the appropriate team, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to every customer entering the branch.
• Identify the purpose of each visit and direct customers to the correct department or sales executive.
• Support customers with appointments by connecting them promptly with the designated Sales Executive.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers, Sales Executives, and support teams to maintain a seamless customer journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service or front‑facing experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a confident, engaging personality.
• Strong work ethic, self‑motivation, and commitment to Al‑Futtaim’s values of respect, integrity, collaboration and excellence.
