Guest Relations Agent

About the role

Under the direct guidance of the Front Desk Manager, the Guest Relations Agent delivers warm, personalized, and professional service to all guests throughout their stay. The role includes engaging with guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel’s dining venues to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction and support service excellence. The Agent acts as a key liaison between guests and hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk, handling check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Process foreign exchange transactions and perform cashier duties accurately.
• Collect and record guest feedback in restaurant areas during meals.
• Coordinate with service teams to resolve guest issues promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date guest records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Support service‑excellence initiatives and promote a positive guest experience.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in hospitality or front‑office operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Attention to detail and a friendly, proactive attitude.
