About the role
Our Guest Relations Agents, also called Guest Experience Experts, create memorable and unique stays for guests. They proactively deliver a wide range of services throughout the guest journey, from check‑in to check‑out, while maintaining safety, confidentiality and professional standards.
Key responsibilities
- Guide guests through their entire stay, providing personalized assistance and local area highlights.
- Process operational needs such as check‑in, check‑out and reporting.
- Address guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Complete daily reports and documentation.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures.
- Protect company assets, uphold quality standards and ensure professional appearance and communication.
- Perform physical duties including standing, walking and moving objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
