Guest Relations Agent

About the role

The Guest Relations Agent will join the Guest Experience team at The Lana, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of the guest experience and support key hotel projects aligned with strategic priorities.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles, turn insights into personalized experiences, and manage amenities and gifts inventory.
• Act as host/hostess, welcoming guests, providing directions, and communicating legendary stories to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels.
• Strong customer‑service mindset, excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional qualification or hotel school diploma.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel technology and systems.
• Active listening and relationship‑building skills.
