About the role
The Guest Relations Officer creates memorable, personalized experiences for guests throughout their stay. This role acts as a trusted point of contact, anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, handle requests and concerns, and coordinate with operational departments.
- Manage guest feedback, provide recommendations on hotel services and local attractions.
- Engage with guests throughout the property, responding to service needs and collaborating with associates across departments.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and uphold company policies and quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Previous experience in guest relations, front office, customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
