Guest Relations Officer – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Guest Relations Officer will be the first point of contact for guests at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, delivering warm, personalized service throughout their stay. This role combines front‑office operations with guest‑centric problem solving in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage efficient check‑in/check‑out, and provide prompt assistance during their stay.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information on resort facilities, services, promotions and local attractions while promoting hotel outlets.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Bell Team, Housekeeping, Guest Services Centre and other departments to ensure seamless experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest records, billing, cashiering transactions and front‑office documentation in line with company policies.
• Ensure front‑office operations comply with hotel standards, health, safety and security requirements.
• Monitor arrivals, departures, VIPs and special requests to deliver personalized service.
• Participate in training to continuously develop product knowledge and service excellence.
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues while representing the resort professionally.
