About the role
The Guest Relations Officer ensures a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all showroom visitors, guiding them smoothly to the sales department. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements and delivering excellent service to boost satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome all showroom visitors, log reasons for visit, and forward details to relevant team members.
- Provide a delightful customer experience in line with company policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer queries promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Log all visits with time, date, and visitor details.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of personnel and procedures through induction and regular training.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Required skills
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to engage with customers easily and build rapport.
- Proactive, hardworking, and motivated attitude.
