Guest Relations Supervisor (Russian Speaker)

About the role

The Guest Relations Supervisor will lead the Guest Relations team at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, delivering personalized, high‑quality experiences for all guests, including VIPs and high‑profile visitors. This role ensures seamless service across all hotel departments while upholding the Rixos brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Guest Relations team, ensuring seamless service and high standards of guest care.
• Handle VIP and high‑profile guest arrivals, departures, and special requests to create memorable experiences.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for personalized guest experiences.
• Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring Guest Relations Agents.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, services, promotions, and local attractions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in guest relations, concierge, or front office roles, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional guest service orientation with problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Russian, are highly advantageous.
• Professional appearance and alignment with the Rixos brand identity.
